APPAREL & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Are you a creative designer with a passion for outdoor apparel products?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented Apparel & Graphic Designer to join our growing design team at our Preston Innovations Limited UK office in Telford, Shropshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of fishing brands, helping to shape apparel collections and bringing creative ideas to life across a wide range of products.

THE ROLE

You’ll play an important role in the design and development of our apparel ranges, working closely with our Product Development team, Brand Managers and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the design and development of apparel ranges across multiple brands.
• Researching new trends, innovations, materials and technical developments within the outdoor apparel industry.
• Working across a diverse range of products, from lifestyle outdoor clothing to technical and specialist fishing apparel.
• Creating and developing detailed tech packs to support the production of clothing ranges.
• Liaising with suppliers and Brand Managers to take products from initial concept through to final production.
• Creating packaging designs, logos and other apparel associated graphic design projects.
• Supporting the wider design team with file management, archiving and other day-to-day tasks.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and passionate about design.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in apparel design, graphic design or a related creative role.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with other Adobe creative suite packages.
• A good understanding of branding and working within brand guidelines.
• An understanding of apparel design and technical packs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
• A willingness to learn, develop and take on new creative challenges.

Working pattern: Office-based, with potential for some hybrid working after an initial period
